Margaret Richardson has extensive experience in optometry.
Her 15 year career with a well known nationwide optician included roles as a cashier, receptionist, frame stylist and lab/technical work.
As an assistant manager Margaret was involved in staff training and appraisals, financial performance and stocktaking, and also acted as a peripatetic relief manager.
After a short break from the industry Margaret returned to work for Boots for two years where, among various duties, she was an optical advisor.
She then joined hb opticians in 2006, which benefits from her vast experience in roles including lab work and customer service.
